What are the most important questions to ask when ordering a new couch?

  • What brand is the motor, control box, and foot pedal?
  • What is making the table so much cheaper or more expensive?

  • What is included with the table? Is everything shown in the picture?
  • What base does the table have? How does it incline and decline?
  • Does it rely on braked wheels, or does the base have retractable castors?
  • What is the weight capacity of the table?
  • Are the sections gas assist or ratchet?

What is your delivery charge?

We offer free UK shipping for all orders over £75 (ex VAT). 

Clinic consumable orders placed before 4pm will be despatched for next day delivery subject to stock availability.

For large equipment items including treatment couches, please allow 7 working days for delivery subject to stock availability.

When ordering, please provide detail on delivery location including access details and a contact number of the receiver. A surcharge may be levied for non-ground floor locations and offshore, Scottish Highlands and congestion zone deliveries.

If your order is placed by 16:00, we will do our very best to despatch on a next-day service.  Equipment can take a little longer so please get in touch

 

So what are the main differences between physio treatment tables?

Within the physical therapy field, treatment tables can be divided into two main categories, and these are 2-section and 3-section tables. While 2-section treatment plinths are ideal for general practice, a growing number of clinics are choosing 3-section tables which provide the added facility of a drop end to allow improved patient positioning while treating. An added benefit of 3-section treatment plinths over 2-section treatment plinths is that the head section on well-designed tables drops down, allowing the patient's upper neck area to be worked on.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver orders for stock items next working day.  Items on backorder usually arrive within 3-6 working days and you will be updated by email.

 

How do I pay for my order?

At the checkout you will be offered 2 options for payment.  We recommend Card Payment (debit or credit) as it is fast and free for you.  If you have an account facility with Eureka Physiocare, you may select this option.
