We offer free UK shipping for all orders over £95 (ex VAT). Clinic consumable orders placed before 4pm will be despatched for next day delivery subject to stock availability. For large equipment items including treatment couches, please allow 7 working days for delivery subject to stock availability. When ordering, please provide detail on delivery location including access details and a contact number of the receiver. A surcharge may be levied for non-ground floor locations and offshore, Scottish Highlands and congestion zone deliveries.

You can return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods
Only unused, complete goods in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for credit.
Once we receive the goods in resalable condition, your account will be refunded.
